Terms and Conditions

Upon ordering, a deposit of 50% of the full purchase price is required in respect of all gowns and accessories is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Payment plans are available, please see specific T&C's applicable to the terms of the individual contract and at the bottom of this page.

 

All purchases of ‘sample/off the peg’ items are non-refundable, non-returnable and sold as seen. Sample dresses must be paid in full.

 

Goods ordered cannot be exchanged and money will not be refunded or transferred to other orders. Ownership of goods will remain with Pearl and Eve Bridal until full payment has been received.

 

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival of your dress/purchase at Pearl and Eve Bridal within 14 days of receipt of your dress (or on an agreed timeframe with Pearl and Eve Bridal). Failure to pay a balance will result in court action being taken against you and you will be liable for all costs in this as well as interest charged. After 14 days if failure to pay there will be a late payments fee of £10 per day until payment is received.

 

Orders must be collected within 14 days of the order arriving in store unless otherwise agreed, late collections may incur a storage fee

 

Once measurements and sizing have been taken and signed for by the customers initial order, Pearl and Eve Bridal will not be held responsible for any weight loss or gain resulting in the dress not fitting correctly.

 

The seller agrees to provide the customer advice and guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurement of gowns and accessories. However, the customer shall decide such matters and the seller accepts no responsibility for the choice made nor for any problems which result from any change in the customers instructions or due to the customers increase or decrease in weight or size subsequently to the date of the order

 

Pearl and Eve Bridal purchases only from reputable designers and whilst every effort is made to ensure colour swatches are accurate there may be slight variations in the shade which is out of our control and for which Pearl and Eve Bridal are not responsible for.

 

Pearl and Eve Bridal will measure the bride and advise on the size to be ordered from experience. All measurements will be undertaken by Pearl and Eve Bridal and must be witnessed and counter-signed by the bride or a witness of their choosing.

Gowns are always ordered in bride's largest measurement to ensure it fits the largest body measurement. All gowns will require some alteration as made to measure.

 

The size ordered must be agreed upon between Pearl and Eve Bridal and signed for before the order is placed. If the bride is not happy with the sizing they must say so at the time of order. Any discrepancy with sizing after this date will not be entered into and is in no way the responsibility of Pearl and Eve Bridal. All Alterations made to gowns by seamstresses after the gown has left the premises Pearl and Eve Bridal are not responsible for any changes made thereafter.

 

If the size suggested by Pearl and Eve Bridal is not agreed by the bride, then the size suggested must be signed against by both parties and the size requested by the bride must be signed against by the bride. Pearl and Eve Bridal is not liable if the bride chooses to order a non-suggested size

 

It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all requirements applicable to the contract, whether statutory, regulatory, municipal and / or otherwise how so ever are duly complied with.

 

All orders are made to order, therefore shall there be any unforeseen circumstances regarding your wedding, e.g wedding date moved or cancelled, all purchases are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. Balance payments are still required. Order amendments are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and deposits are non-refundable.

 

All terms & conditions apply to remote orders, shipping charges apply, and orders/ shipping must be paid in full before orders are dispatched.

PAYMENT PLANS

​

  • All dresses on payment plans need to have been paid for in full within one month of the dress arriving at the shop.

  • For all Payment Plans, the gown remains the property of Pearl and Eve Bridal until such time as it is paid for in full and it will not be released until all payments have been made in full.

  • Payment Plans are only available to customers over the age of 18.

  • A credit check is not required.

  • Only NEW brides after 20/01/2024 are eligible.

  • Alterations cannot be carried out on a gown that has an outstanding balance due on it. Therefore, a Payment Plan will need to be completed at least 8 weeks before your wedding.

  • No discounts can be given on gowns paid for by way of Payment Plans.

  • Our Payment Plans are interest-free. The only charges will be charged in accordance with the Payment Plan Agreement that needs to be entered into.

  • We currently accept standing orders, cash payments, BACS.
